Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

• Proyecto Rufina offers a 14-day return policy,  from the date your order is delivered, regardless of your location.

• We only offer exchanges for another item or store credit. For exchanges, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Any parcel returned after the 14-day timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender 

To accept the return, the product(s) must be:

• In full condition and original packaging

• Undamaged

• With its label attached

• Not worn

• Accompanied by all accessories

Costs and Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges, and any incurred import duties, taxes, or customs charges on the package (for both original, return shipments, and exchanges).
